Return & Refund Policy
We strive to make your return experience hassle-free: - 10-Day Return Policy: Returns must be made within 10 days. - Non-Returnable Items: Products sold under offers, discounts, or clearance sales cannot be returned or exchanged. - Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns. - Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the goods in good condition, unless the product is damaged due to use or not in its original condition. - Inspection: Refunds are subject to inspection by the Welcareorthodontics team. - Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive an item in a damaged, defective condition, or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us with a replacement request, and a new item will be shipped to you, depending on stock availability. - International Orders: Cannot be returned once shipped.

Cancellation Policy
