Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). Online ordering at is very easy. At first please press “Log In” (you can see top corner) to create an account with welcare orthodontics website. It is very easy to create an account. go to register side (right side of the page, then fill name, mobile number, email ID, create password, and postal addresses then submit. After successful registration can do login (left side of the page). Then press “continue shopping”( center of the page). Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the top-right corner (Basket Logo, cart) of the screen and click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and then press “make order” then submit online pament, then you’re your name and then go to pay option with Debit / Credit cards or Net-Banking or wallet or upi . That's it! Your order will be delivered to your address within 7 working days (Excluding Sundays and public holidays). Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination and weight box size of the order. if your orders are above INR 400/- We provide Free Shipping within India only. If your orders are below Rs. 400/- there will be a minimum shipping charge of Rs. 60/- per order.
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies, India Postal Service at your doorstep.
Once your Order is successfully placed; you will receive a confirmation over email from us. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed online after logging into your account to (My Account) if you have placed the order on your own online.
Yes, if your Debit / Credit card isn't working. We also accept telephonic orders. You can deposit the money in our Company’s Bank Account. Please call on our Customer Support numbers for further details.
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by the bank within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate a refund within 15 days of your request.
Your order status is updated to you via emails on every step (On Request). Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end or you can call our customer care for airway bill number and details.
If you wish to cancel your order, you need to get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same.
Defective Items may be returned for a replacement or full credit. They must be reported and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. To report a defective Items, please contact our Customer Service department using the information provided at the top of this page.
